Canning is the Director and Founder of the firm, currently act as the Chief Financial Officer and/or Company Secretary for listed companies in Hong Kong. After graduation, he qualified as a chartered accountant at the Big 4 firms in Sydney, Australia. He then moved to Hong Kong and worked for Credit Suisse where he managed the APAC commission sales business in equities for 5 years. At Standard Chartered, he was responsible for running global client strategy in cash equities for 2 years. He has also worked as a Director at Accenture, where he established and managed the firm's Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) services in Hong Kong. He has also worked at Amicorp where he managed the corporate services, fund and trust administration businesses, along with P&L responsibility for the Greater China offices. 

Canning holds a Master of Commerce Degree from University of New South Wales and Bachelor of Commerce and Arts Degrees from University of Melbourne, Australia. He is a member of both the Chartered Accountants in Australia & New Zealand and Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants. 

Our Head of Corporate Services is a fellow member of The Hong Kong Institute of Company Secretaries and has worked as a Named Company Secretary for Main/GEM Board listed and private companies in the past 20 years.

We also have qualified accountants, company secretaries, investment bankers and HR specialists who have the technical knowledge and relevant experience to serve our respective clients.
